Capital.com just became a new authorised broker in Australia and is now regulated by the ASIC.

With the new ASIC regulation, Capital.com made another step of becoming a true global brand for traders. Together with its other regulations, Capital.com is now also regulated by the ASIC and thus eligible to service traders from Australia.

When is the launch date?

The launch date is set to be August 23. 2021. After that affiliates of Capital.com are able to refer traders or retail/professional traders can sign up themselves.

Which other regulations does Capital.com have?

Capital.com is regulated by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC license number 319/17.) and by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), under register number 793714.
